Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our returns policy is designed to keep things simple. At a glance:

  • 30 days from delivery; must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
  • Return at your cost; we ship your exchange free of charge.
  • Contact us within 7 days; we’ll cover return shipping.
  • Processed to your original payment method (excludes original shipping fee).

Change of Mind Returns

We get it. Sometimes it’s not the right fit (literally or figuratively).

  • We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Once approved, we’ll refund your original payment method (excluding the original shipping fee).

Exchanges

Need a different size or style?

  • Send your item back to us (at your cost) and we’ll send your exchange free of charge.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We’ll let you know if your requested item is in stock before processing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We’ll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
  • Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply, including a replacement or refund for major faults.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Fill out the online return form below, providing us with the following details:
  • Full name
  • Email address used to make the order
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

2. Pack your item securely to avoid damage in transit.

3. Take the package to your local post office and send to the following address:

We do not cover the cost of shipping for exchanges or change of mind returns. If your item is faulty or incorrect, you will be provided with a shipping label, free of charge.

4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
